York’s reply for my E-mail
I have joined York’s presentation at 4.30 in 3204, It’s great!! And I send a email to him,I got the letter in back tody!^_^ So, I share this mail in my blog as follows:

For an entrepreneur, the capability to be successful is a big topic. For anyone to be successful, I am sure it will require quite a lot of integrated capability, not only about leadership and problem solving ability, but also on the team work building, motivation, crisis management, adaptability to the changing environment, integrity, ….. Personally, I am not sure if so-called student entrepreneurs to be encouraged or blessed. From campus life to be an entrepreneur is too big a jump. An entrepreneur is mobilizing much social resources (money, people, …) into his leadership, but I have doubt that he or she, just out of campus, be the best candidate to take on that challenges. So, it might be better to be a team player (join a company to learn and pick up) , then go on to be a team leader.
